The largest Mongolian petroleum Company has an immediate need for a highly motivated and qualified personnel's for the following positions.
PETROVIS IS LOOKING FOR:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
-Three to five years of progressive experience in HR including people management, compliance, and the ability to positively interact from shop floor to executive management.
-Lead an in house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment ,new employee orientation or on boarding,management
development, production cross training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer
-Support management by providing human resource advice and counseling.
SENIOR IT SPECIALIST
-Provide full IT technical support and outstanding costumer service to all users within the company
-Maintain operation data networks
-Local and remote user supports
-Administration and maintenance of communication systems
-Network security
-Remote access security
-Solid understanding of all functional area of business
LAWYER (ATTORNEY)
-drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, including without limitation, domestic and international sales and distribution agreements; manufacturing purchasing and supply agreements; licensing and royalty agreements;and confidentiality agreements.
-Performs a variety of related tasks, as required
MARKETING MANAGER
-Compile information and statistics to report sales and marketing performance data on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
-Prepare summaries of relevant data for distribution to appropriate managers.
-Research and maintain competitive product and price information.
-Support development and execution of mass market campaigns
-Budget and forecasting processes
-good understanding of marketing principles
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
-broad experience in a wide variety of general corporate and securities matters
-bachelor or higher degree
-at least 2-3 years of professional experience
-direct involvement with senior management is a plus
-clear communication skill
-motivated enthusiasm and highly enthusiastic team player
